Hurray, the Proz.com Community Choice Awards are open! This year again many translation professionals, blogs and articles are nominated for the Proz CCA (as it is known by insiders) and this blog is even nominated twice: once for my State of the Industry 2014 and once for my whitepaper on Language 2.0.

About the Proz.com Community Choice Awards

ProZ.com’s Community Choice Awards are hosted by ProZ.com annually and are meant to offer the ProZ.com community a way to publicly recognize language professionals who are active, influential or otherwise outstanding in various media throughout the industry. Nominations, voting, and winners are determined entirely by the ProZ.com community. The awards are therefore a kind of honor for linguistic professionals (both translators and interpreters) and determined by the linguistic community. An award is therefore valuable because it is a recognition from peers and clients.
